About
the Owners
Saileast Properties is owned and operated by Robert and Barbara Garrett.
Robert and Barbara are a husband and wife team that have
worked together, in the property investment business since
1994. They started in property management to professionally
handle their own properties. Their love of the business
developed into managing 288 properties for other owners.
In June 2004, they decided to expand their business.
Robert retired from the U.S. Air Force after 20
years of service, with a background in computers and inventory
control as well as management of facilities and personnel.
Barbara is a licensed Property Manager In Charge, a Certified
Pool Operator and has an Associate's Degree in Business
Management and Accounting. Both Robert and Barbara are Notary
Publics.

We do not accept any substandard housing. We abide by all
state and federal laws as well as any local ordinances.We
