the tenant (renter) refuse to allow a maintenance / repair
person access to the unit? |

A. The
tenant (renter) shall not interfer with the repair or
regularly scheduled maintenance during normal business
hours or for any item that is considered emergency in
nature, provided the Property manger has gave notice of
the repairs. The renter is encourged to verify that the
Property manger did schedule the maintenance prior to
allowing anyone to enter their home, and to request ID
from the worker.
